Welcome to The Sunshine Collaborative website (the "Website"). This Website is owned and operated by The Sunshine Collaborative (referred to as "The Sunshine Collaborative," "we," "us," or "our"). • Pricing:  All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Orders:  We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud.

6. Returns and Refunds

• General Policy:  We generally do not accept returns on books or merchandise. However, we may consider returns on a case-by-case basis for items that are damaged or defective.
• Return Conditions:  To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and provide proof of purchase.  Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Shipping and Restocking:  You are responsible for all return shipping costs. A restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price may be applied to returned items.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website, at our sole discretion, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the Website shall be settled by communication via email in an attempt to reach an amicable resolution.
